Geared towards adult beginners, 17 yrs. and up. This 3 hr. a night, 5-week course is a hands-on introduction to the Skills and Safety technics with the woodworking tools in a wood shop. You will acquire knowledge and confidence around the shop, using the Table saw, Bandsaw, Jointer, Planer and the Combination Chop saw. Learning the ins and outs of these machines and putting your new found skills to work building a tool tote and a small decorative box. Cost includes all materials.

Project Build Class:
Starting Jaruary 10th;
Geared towards beginners ages 17 years old and up, this 7-week course is a hands-on introduction to Furniture making. You will acquire knowledge and confidence around the shop, learn the ins and outs of various machines like the Tablesaw, Bandsaw, the Jointer and Planer, and put your new found skills to work building a small Oak table with a finger joint drawer. Cost includes all materials.

(Prerequisite of at leased one Introduction class)
This 7 session class will run thru the skills needed to build a custom epoxy river, Backgammon Box, using the table saw, miter saw, band sawand beginning lathe work including gluing and assembly. You'll take home a family treasure.

Whether you are new to woodworking or you have a couple projects under your tool belt, this 7-week course is essential for those who are looking to transition from hobbyist to craftsman. Learn a bevy of useful tricks and techniques and apply them to this project build. techniques like, full size layout, router and tablesaw jigs with veneer cutting and fitting. You will follow along and build this side table.
