Meditation sitting group (beginners welcome) We will discuss the foundations of Mindfulness and practice the art of inner stillness and silence together in a safe and nurturing space.

In the modern, tranquil, light filled and spacious studio at Riksha Yoga in Scoresby, we will gather at 7:30pm promptly to begin practicing reconnecting to the stillness and inner peace.
The hour will consist of a guided grounding, relaxation and meditation as we gently arrive in the present moment together.
