“WHY DO YOU CHARGE A DEPOSIT?”
-A deposit guarantees your appointment time, & assures the stylist that you will be present to your appointment.
In order to secure your appointment there is a MANDATORY $35 DEPOSIT.

Please be on time to your appointment.
You must Contact me ahead of time if you are running late for your appointment. In some cases your appointment will be canceled BEFORE the 30 minutes & you will be charged 50% of remainder due.
After 10 MINUTES there is a $25 LATE FEE that will be added to your service.
+ $1 for every additional minute late.
***NO EXCEPTIONS, unless otherwise discussed.***

Failure to Text me ahead of time will be considered a NO CALL/NO SHOW.
You will be charged 100% of remainder due & Blocked from booking.
-If you need to reschedule an appointment please do so 24 HOURS BEFORE your appointment to AVOID additional charges.
(For Example: If your appointment is scheduled for Monday @ 9am, you must reschedule Sunday before 8:59am to avoid the 50% late cancellation fee.)
After 24 HOURS you will need to contact me directly to cancel your appointment.
You will be charged 50% of remainder due & in order to REBOOK you will have to pay another $35 DEPOSIT.

If you are in need of a FULL SERVICE EXPERIENCE please select the ADD-ON when booking.
- Freshly washed & detangled, free of any debris from previous styles
-Blow Out Completely from root to tip, meaning a comb can go through completely without snag
-free of products. (i.e ALL LEAVE IN CONDITIONER, edge control, oils, gel etc.)
***NO WORRIES. Your hair will be properly moisturized😊 ***

FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND/OR CANCELLED APPOINTMENT.
IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELED DUE TO LACK OF PREPARATION; YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED 50% OF REMAINDER DUE.
