APPOINTMENTS AT MATHILDA ROSE
At Mathilda Rose we work by appointment to ensure that we are available to give you our undivided attention and one to one service. We spend time finding out about your style, your theme and the look you would like to create on your wedding day. During your appointment in the boutique, you will have complete exclusivity of the boutique for a full hour and the opportunity to try on as many dresses as you wish.
From 17th May (Step 3) you will be able to bring one VIP guest with you to your appointment.
Guest numbers will be reviewed on 19th July.
Please note that these policies are subject to change following any further government updates - you will be given more information closer to your appointment.
To secure one of our Saturday appointments, we ask for a £25 fee. These fees are redeemable against any Mathilda Rose dress purchase, so if you find your dress with us this will be returned to you in the form of a credit note. During the week there is no appointment fee.
Please email us if you are not going to be able to attend your appointment. We will be able to refund your deposit if you cancel more than eight days beforehand, i.e before 9am on Friday 1 January for your appointment on Saturday 9 January. There will be no refunds for cancellations with less than eight days notice, or no-shows on the day. Our Saturday appointments are very in demand, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, to allow us to reallocate it to another bride.
