Thanks for wanting to book with Slayedbybailey. Please read ALL information before booking an appointment.
Slayedbybailey is a hairstylist based in South East London - New Cross, providing only WIG SERVICES (no sew ins).
Appointments are released on the 20th of each month @ 9PM (e.g - February slots will be released 20th Jan at 9pm).
Due to the current pandemic all appointments are done at Slayedbybailey's salon. This allows Slayedbybailey to work in a regularly sanitised environment, as well as provide a safe and clean space for all clients.
MONDAY & SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS ARE PREMIUM SLOTS, THIS IS AN ADDITIONAL £30 CHARGE. PLEASE SELECT THIS VIA THE ADD ON OPTION BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
Emails are responded to Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm. Please allow 24-48hrs for email responses excluding weekends.
DEPOSIT
A 20% deposit is required (this will be deducted from your total cost). The remaining balance must be paid by CASH on the day of your appointment. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
DELIVERY
Hair must be posted or dropped off to Slayedbybailey 5 WORKING DAYS before your appointment. As delays do occur hair can be DROPPED OFF 3 WORKING DAYS before your scheduled appointment.
If you’re having any delivery issues with your hair, resulting in slayedbybailey not receiving your hair 3 working days prior to your booking , please send an email to slayedbybailey@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please make sure your PRE-MADE UNIT fits your head size before shipping or dropping off hair, if not your appointment can't go ahead and will be rescheduled.
PLEASE TRACK YOUR PARCEL TO CONFIRM IF YOUR HAIR HAS BEEN DELIVERED OR MISSED (Missed parcels should be rescheduled for the next available delivery date or email if only collection is available).
Additionally, email slayedbybailey@gmail.com to confirm if your hair has been delivered to the studio or needs to be collected from the collection point. This allows us to keep track of all deliveries coming in and guarantees we've received your hair for your booking.
When sending hair please use Slayedbybaileys FULL NAME - JADE ADE. This allows pick ups to be done if your delivery was missed.
POSTING/DROPPING OFF HAIR – Please enclose your FULL NAME, NUMBER, DATE & TIME of your booking and HEAD MEASUREMENTS within your package.
HAIR DROP OFF DAYS : Tuesday - Friday 1PM – 7PM.
(Please send an email to Slayedbybailey@gmail.com if you'd like to drop off your hair instead of posting it).
LACE FRONTALS
Slayedbybailey does NOT accept thick lace frontals (Please see below). Slayedbybailey will ONLY work with thin & stretchy lace with a density of 120 – 150%.
Please use the lace colour guide below to help choose the right shade. If you're unsure, choose a lighter tone frontal as frontals can only be made darker not lighter.
If you are fair/light skinned please purchase a TRANSPARENT LACE.
Please DO NOT purchase a transparent lace if you're brown/dark skinned, as it will be difficult to blend with your skin tone.
Swiss & HD lace can be used on ALL skin tones and would be the recommended lace if you're uncertain. Any lace enquires email - slayedbybailey@gmail.com.

If you'd like your frontal/closure + bundles dyed jet black, please select this via the add on service. All hair must be sent immediately or latest 7 days before your appointment.

APPOINTMENT
- Please come wearing a MASK. This must be kept on for the whole duration of your appointment.
- NO PLUS 1S.
-Please have your cainrows as neat and small as possible. Otherwise please add this service via the 'add on' section (Charges apply).
- If you are more than 20 minutes late, a £10 late fee will be applied or your appointment may be cancelled.
