Please note

* Due to limited space and also to protect a wholesome environment, we ask that you DO NOT include/bring other people/kids with you during your reserved slot. !THIS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED! If an issue arise please contact us to assist with rescheduling or making other arrangements.

*All initial clients are required to receive a consultation before scheduling an initial service. All consultations are a minimum of $47 and can be made transferrable the day of once service is reserved.

* Clients are required to arrive in a timely manner. 15-20 minutes late without a 2 hour notification will access a mandatory $27 fee. After 20 minutes you will lose your deposit (no exceptions) and may have to reschedule which will require a second deposit.

*In the event of a no-call, no-show, you will be charged the full cost of your scheduled service—no exceptions. This policy ensures fairness to both our clients and staff, as last-minute gaps impact our ability to serve others.

* Please do your best to understand that primarily we are artist that will not act as a technician or stylist by seeking to fulfill time slots. Our objective is to fulfill the art of your choice with health in mind first and duration of reservations are approximates and have the tendency to vary.

*Negative energy are strictly prohibited and will not be serviced for any reason or amount.

*Unless instructed otherwise, please do not arrive any more than 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation.

*For the best results and to maintain hair health, we strongly recommend using our premium non-toxic braiding hair or raw human hair. If you choose to do otherwis, please note that we are not responsible for any adverse effects on your hair health or the final style outcome.
