You do not practice the entire time! This is individual instruction in a group setting. Practitioners may show up anytime during the scheduled hours and practice as long as they want. Half-Primary Series - Tuesdays 6:30am to 7:30am (Trevor)

This is half of the primary series. You'll gain flexibility, concentration and strength. Great for beginners or those interested in learning more about Ashtanga.

Mysore Express - Thursdays 6:30am to 8am (Trevor)

Led Ashtanga - Sundays 1pm - 2:30pm (Sara)

1 hour 30 minutes @ $24.00

Sundays we offer a led Ashtanga class. It's either a full primary series, or a modified version in a workshop-style setting. This will be a vigorous practice that is great for experienced practitioners or those who have some familiarity with Ashtanga.
