First time clients are required to schedule a New Client Experience Facial. It starts with an educational approach of your skin, where your skin is thoroughly analysis and gauge your skin's sensitivity, which will help us curate the most effective treatment plan to ensure long term results.
Due to sanitary reasons, items cannot be returned.
All product returns require prior approval by A CLASS FACES. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will contact you within 24-48 hours.
Unused, unopened or unmarked product may be returned for product credit within 30 days of the purchase date and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Only product costs are subject to product credit; shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.
Clients are able to reschedule and cancel upcoming appointments by clicking on the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button in your confirmation email.
If you must RESCHEDULE/CANCEL your appointment, as a courtesy to A Class Faces, please cancel at least 24-48 hours before your appointment start time.
When canceled within 24-48 hour notice you may use your booking fee to reschedule a future appointment of the same service at a later date. We do not offer refunds. However, your service credit is valid for 90 days.
No call, no show, and same day cancellation will result in being charged a no show fee
By booking, you authorize A Class Faces to charge your card a no-show fee up to 100% of the scheduled value if you miss your visit without proper notification
While we do not charge for lateness, your service time will not be adjusted. If you are late for your appointment, you will have the remaining scheduled time left. Your appointment time will not be extended.
Chemical Peels: This service is not available if you are a first time client, pregnant, nursing, on antibiotics, are currently on or have been on Accutane within the past 6 months, have any cold sores, open wounds, rashes, inflamed eczema or rosacea, burns (including sunburn), infection, an autoimmune disease, or cancer.
