Welcome to my scheduler! NOTE. I will be taking holidays through the month of July 2022. I look forward to working with you in August.
I am a registered psychologist in Alberta, Ontario, and throughout the territories, so when you book your appointment, you will be asked to pick your time zone (Mountain Time or Eastern Time, respectively). For live sessions, you will need to declare that you have been fully vaccinated at least two weeks before the scheduled date of your appointment.
If you are a new client, my scheduler tells you when you can book an appointment to see me. If you are a recent client, please email me at email@example.com if you cannot find a time in my schedule that works for you. I always keep several unadvertised appointment times for past and ongoing clients.
Once you book your first session, I will email you my innovative history questionnaire and ask that you return it completed before our first session (it takes less than an hour to finish). By doing so, I am ready to begin helping you as soon as our session begins. Be aware that most therapists spend the first hour collecting your background information. I cut to the chase and save both of us this time and you this money. I will also share with you a simple method to get you focused and ready for your upcoming session with me. These ideas are included in my co-authored book, Choosing the Right Counselor for You. I am an expert, and experts get the job done faster.
Please note that payment is made at the time of booking for the first session booked through the scheduler. Subsequent appointments are billed automatically 24-hours in advance. You can change the appointment time yourself or cancel it if you do so 24 hours or more before the time of the scheduled session. A receipt for your session is provided on the day of your appointment.
Although I also offer family counselling, because of registration differences between provinces, I only practice family counselling in Alberta.
You will receive a text message reminder before your appointment
