First Rolfing Session for new clients.

In this session we will go over your history and goals, assess your structure and movement patterns, and begin your hands-on structural work. I look forward to being part of your embodiment process!

In these sessions we will use tools and techniques from Somatic Experiencing and Inner Relationship Focusing to cultivate a relationship with your inner somatic experiences to help regulate your nervous system.
