PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

Hello Friends A few things have changed. Our community health and safety comes first. We are now operating at a reduced capacity. Please do not book an appointment if you've tested positive for Covid, been in contact with anyone who has tested positive or travelled outside Canada, or are displaying Any covid symptoms. Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you arrive early wait in your car until your appointment time. Please come Alone and bring only necessities. We will be taking your temperature upon arrival and keeping a record of all appointments, respectfully wear your mask and sanitize upon arrival. We will be taking extra safety measures such as spacing out the salon, removing the waiting area, and extra sanitizing between clients .

The following clients are not candidates for permanent make up:

Are Pregnant or breastfeeding

Taking Medications or blood thinning medication

Have Excessively thick or oily skin

Have dermatitis or psoriasis in the brow area or hairline

Have acne in the brow area

Undergoing Chemotherapy or radiation

Viral or bacterial infection

History of keloids or hyperpigmentation

Currently taking Accutane

Any illness or treatment that would impede healing or weaken the immune system.

A $100 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book.( NO EXCEPTIONS) There is no cancellation of appointments, please check your schedule and be sure you are able to attend your appointment, on time. 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling. this can be done in the confirmation email sent to you Appointments run back to back if you are running more than 15 minutes late you will be required to reschedule and additional charges will apply. You are responsible for booking your 4-6 week touch up, if you miss it additional charges will apply. When Booking a 6-12 month or 12-18 month touch up please make sure your brows are faded enough, we do not go over brows that are just slightly faded as the new ink and old ink will blur together and make one big block. If you are unsure please send a clear photo through instagram DM. Please give yourself extra time to park. There is ample parking in the building and there is also a parking lot directly across the street. All services are done by Selena Lane at the studio located at 529 Adelaide st west Toronto, we are on the ground level

If you have previous work done by another artist please DM A CLEAR photo of your brows before booking to ensure I can work over the existing ink, then choose corrective work when booking.There are no touch ups offered for clients with work done elsewhere. If you arrive at your appointment and have not sent a photo of your previous work and I cannot fix them your deposit will used as a consultation fee.
