The Gentle Flow class is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who want to maintain flexibility, mobility, strength and balance at a slightly slower pace.  A variety of equipment is used to gently challenge. The Essential Mat class is suitable if you wish to continue to improve your Pilates technique or you are relatively new to Pilates. It is an ideal refresh after a break from class. The sessions lean slightly towards beginners and focus on the principles of Pilates and the essential moves. A variety of equipment is used. All classes are small in numbers with a high level of supervision and guidance.

The pace of the class is slightly faster, more challenging than Essential and will flow from one exercise to the next. A variety of equipment is used including stretch bands, rollers, poles and balls. All classes are small in numbers offering a high level of supervision and guidance.
