Welcome! Everyone new to the studio starts here. After reviewing your goals, we'll see where your current strength and flexibility starting point is so your instructor can develop a program specifically for you. Then try some Pilates movements on the apparatus, which may include the Reformer, Cadillac, Mat & Chair. Please arrive a few minutes early. Socks required. For group class participants, attending a one-on-one session periodically will help you reap the greatest benefits from your classes. Spend 30 minutes with us and we will stretch you out using various techniques and the springs of the popular Pilates system. Become more limber and leave the studio moving with greater ease. (If your preferred time is not available, please contact us directly for more options.) Enjoy a full mind-body workout on the Reformer and/or the Tower apparatus, which utilizes spring resistance to support as well as challenge the body in a variety of positions. It is an efficient way to re-balance the body and improve strength, flexibility, coordination and posture. Maximum 5 people. (All levels - socks required.) If class does not appear on the calendar, it may be full - please add your name to the Waitlist option. **Pre-requisite: 1-2 Private Lessons.
