In a 2.5 hour group intensive we address reclaiming sovereignty from ancestral ties, vows and contracts through conscious acknowledgment and release. Full embodiment is intended as we begin 30-40 minutes of specific energies followed by an integration break. We then create more space for light via body walk-through. The session ends with a guided meditation through the body to anchor in the new space created by this transformative process.

Converting victim mentality to warrior mentality and removing blockage to Divine Will. Healing and activation of latent energies including your Divine Blueprint, triggering subtle body structures to awaken and DNA activations guided by your Higher Self. Over 3 sessions the group experiences specific energies for these activations, facilitating healing where needed, discussion and short subtle body meditations.

Each chakra and subtle body structure is visited over 6 sessions with intention to fortify and build resilience within the energetic body. The masters of pranic healing have said that when one changes (building up) the subtle body structures, ones life will change as well. Each session consists of emanation of energies from Zelma Denise and meditation focusing on the structures.
