• No children are allowed in the salon unsupervised unless being serviced. This is due to limited seating, privacy, and insurance purposes.
• No eating in the salon is allowed.
.**All salon services, the prices are starting price, prices can/will increase by length and texture.
Salon Late Policy:
• There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. Arrival after the allotted grace period may result in you being rescheduled/cancelled. Please contact us to let us know you will have a late arrival.
Salon Cancellation/No Show Policy:
• If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you don't cancel outside of the timeframe you may be charged a no show fee.
• Your retainer paid is non-refundable your payment will go toward your salon service Balance. Payments will be transferred to another appointment within 2-4 weeks, after 4 weeks appointment scheduled will require an additional deposit.
Salon Refund Policy:
• We do our best to provide the best possible service and result from visit. However, refunds are not available at this time, please contact your stylist if you are not satisfied with your service.
• We will make every attempt to resolve any unsatisfactory service you receive.
