ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL NOW REQUIRE 50% OF YOUR TOTAL SERVICES TO BE PAID IN ADVANCE. DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS, EVERYONE WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% OF YOUR TOTAL SERVICE UP FRONT. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN THE 24 HOUR PERIOD THAT DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU.
Please be courteous. Any cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. The online system is available to cancel within the 24 hour window 24/7. Any cancellations (after 24 hr period) or no-shows, or extreme lateness will result in a charge to the card on file for the remaining balance of the services booked. (NO EXCEPTIONS) If the card on file is not able to be charged for the remaining balance of the services booked. YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH HAIR LOVE SALON.
