By booking your hair appointment with Glo Lounge London you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions stated below.
We ask that you please attend your appointment alone (no children/ +1's/) as waiting space is minimal and reserved for our customers.
If you are displaying any COVID-19/COLD/FLU symptoms please do not attend your appointment & contact us at your earliest convenience so we can reschedule for a future date as we do our best to ensure all clients/ staff have a safe space to visit/ work from.
PURCHASING HAIR
www.gloloungelondon.com will be home to our exclusive virgin hair collection & other hair & beauty products however it is currently under construction so please refer to pricelist below in the meantime.
Please use this booking site to select your desired hair. You will be prompted to do so as you complete your booking.
Once you have selected your desired hair you will receive an email confirming the total price of your appointment. Please allow 48hrs to receive your confirmation email.
If you’re unsure about what lengths you require further information please email info@gloloungelondon.com and attach a photo of your desired look so we can assist you further.
If you’re a newbie and require extensive assistance please drop us an email and we can book you in for a telephone consultation costing £15 at our earliest convenience.
You may use your own bundles however all hair must be free of all thread, clean and completely dry. If you arrive with damp, dirty or excessively cut extensions there will be a £15 fee incurred.
Please ensure your natural hair is completely blowdried from root to tip in preparation for your appointment. minimum product is best for the end results as I will add moisturising products throughout your appointment. arriving with wet hair, severely tangled hair or hair saturated in leave in conditioner/ hair product will incur an additional £15 charge.
LACE TYPES/ CUSTOMISATION
Please refrain from purchasing lace systems with a grey tint and a dense hairline/large knots as these are nearly impossible to work with and you will not be pleased with the outcome as it will not give you the natural illusion. You will be turned away if you have this type of lace so if you are unsure, please purchase a frontal/closure from us via the booking site or email/text.
We provide swiss transparent, light brown and ultra thin HD lace, giving you a perfect melt every time. You will be prompted to add hair onto your appointment before finalizing your booking.
Please opt for ple-plucked hairlines that come in either Transparent, Light, Medium brown lace, whichever is best suited to your skin tone if you choose to provide your own hair.
COLOURING HAIR
Hair colouring is available from £15 per bundle/ closure. An additional £5 will be added for frontals. If you wish to colour your hair you will be prompted to select your desired colour before finalizing your booking. Once you have selected your desired colour, you will receive an email confirming the total price of your appointment. Please allow 48 hours to receive your confirmation email.
APPOINTMENTS
MON-SAT 10:00-17:30. Appointments are available to book upto 6 weeks in advance.
We allow a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes you are liable to pay a £20 late fee, if you are over 30 minutes late we may have to cancel your appointment as this will severely run into following appointments for the day. If you are running late please inform us on 07375123222 at your earliest convenience. All no show appointments will be blocked from booking in the future.
PREMIUM APPOINTMENTS
8am, 6:00pm onwards & Sunday appointments are all classed as premium slots. If you require one of these appointments a £35 surcharge will be added to your final bill. Please email info@gloloungelondon.com, text 07375123222 or DM if you require any of these appointment times with your desired time, date & service and we will accommodate you, subject to availability.
DEPOSITS
All appointments are subject to an upfront non refundable, non transferable £30 deposit that will be deducted from your chosen service. The remaining balance will be due at your appointment in CASH. PLEASE ENSURE YOU BRING THE CORRECT CASH TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
