EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Session

Penelope takes you through the EFT sequence with the aim to identify and release core issues. This is done as a 3 session block which needs to be committed to for the work to be effective.
This technique is excellent for addressing stress, anxiety, self esteem issues, body image and relationship issues.
EFT is dynamic and works quickly. Penelope provides notes to support you in between sessions.
