Hagerstown Community College Appointment Scheduling

This appointment t is for English Language Learners AGE 19 AND OLDER with children under the age of 16. Students are placed in classes to learn English speaking, reading, writing, and listening. These classes meet at the Washington County Family Center. Childcare may be provided for children age three and under.
