and allots extra time outside of your session for your new customer review.

Protocol Regarding COViD, and ALL Health Concerns - As of February 1, 2024:
Your massage therapist has been fully vaccinated.
COVID BOOSTERS: Because of virus shedding, please schedule your appointment at least a week after receiving each injection.
Until further notice, it is optional for clients to wear a mask for the duration of their session.
Regardless of Vaccination Status: With regards to appointments at this studio, please apply your answers so COVID questions and your isolation practices to ANY ILLNESS, in addition to COVID.
EXPOSURE AND TRAVEL:
CANCELLATION due to ANY ILLNESS has always been encouraged. Please stay home if you are not completely well, or, you just don’t feel good in some way. This includes having symptoms of not being completely over a head cold, sinus infection, runny nose or sneezing, scratchy throat, chest cold, cough, fever, chills, diarrhea, vomiting, rash, open lesions/sores, difficulty breathing, or you're feeling fatigued. Please stay home if in ANY WAY you could possibly be infectious. Your session may be postponed after your arrival if it is determined that it is not CDC compliant to proceed, or if when you arrive you exhibit any of these symptoms.
If you can not decide whether to schedule or keep an appointment due to how you feel, please postpone it for a few days to see how symptoms develop.

* STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel for personal reasons please give at least 24 hours notice. Grace may be given for the first missed session without notice; subsequent missed sessions may incur a charge for the value of the full session. 50% of the session's value may be charged for late cancellation. Grace is given in this pandemic situation.
