Inbody Scan - Initial scan
This option is recommended for anyone doing an Inbody scan for the first time as it allows extra time to go through the results sheet with you. You may also choose this option if it has just been awhile or you know you will want to ask some detailed questions about your scan. If you have had a scan before and you are familiar with interpreting the results sheet then I would recommend the re-scan option.
Inbody Scan - Rescan
This re-scan option allows 5 minutes to go through a scan and is recommended for anyone that is familiar with the results sheet. If you would prefer extra time to talk about your results sheet or recommendations for training and diet then I would suggest choosing the Initial scan option which allows 10 minutes instead.
Body Blast (Max 4 participants)
This session is a mixed bag of cardio and strength designed to burn as many calories as possible in 30 minutes
