Upon booking, a credit card will be requested for appointment reservation requests. We will contact you to process and confirm your appointment.
If you have sensitivity to cosmetics, have had sensitivity to eyelash adhesive in the past, or are new to eyelash extensions, a patch test is recommended. Please call us to schedule this appointment as this will be a separate appointment and has to be done at least a week in advance.
For all full set eyelash extension appointments, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required. This deposit will be applied to your service fees. Should you need to reschedule, this deposit is transferable to a future date if notice is given 48 hours prior to the scheduled time/date.
For all new permanent makeup appointments, a non-refundable deposit of $100 will be required once we confirm your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service fees.
All makeup applications require a non-refundable deposit of $25 for in studio trials and $50 for in studio makeup application. Please contact us for on-site makeup applications.
Please inform us within 48 hours of application if you experience any retention issues.
Your time is very valuable to us and we ask for you to extend the same courtesy. We kindly ask that 24 hours notice be given to us should you need to cancel or reschedule your lash appointment. Any cancellation/rescheduling within 24 hours, or in the event of a no-show, will result in forfeiting the deposit of the scheduled lash full set or a $20 fee for lash refills.
For permanent makeup appointments, we will require 48 hours advance notice for cancellations/rescheduling. Any cancellation/rescheduling less than 48 hours prior to your permanent makeup appointment will result in your forfeiting your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook any future appointments. Any cancellation/rescheduling/no-show less than 48 hours for touch up appointments will result in a $25 fee.
*To our permanent makeup clients, please call our salon to schedule your permanent makeup touch up appointments. Permanent makeup touch up appointments cannot be scheduled online.
**We do not touch up other artist's permanent makeup work. If you've had your permanent makeup done by another artist and would like for us to work over it, you'll need to book for a brand new service and you'll need to inform us of your current existing tattoo. Some existing tattoos that are extremely faded will allow us to work over them easily. Some may need corrections. Therefore, it is vital that you reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quick consult in order for us to be able to give you a correct quote for your desired permanent makeup service.
