BOOKING POLICY

DEPOSITS:

PERMANENT MAKEUP: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required for each PMU service to confirm your appointment. This deposit will be broken up into two $50 deposits. The first $50 deposit will go towards your initial session and the remaining $50 will go towards your touch up session. Touch up sessions are to be performed at the required timeframe in order for it to be considered a 'touch up'. For brow clients, you are required to come back at the 6 week mark, no longer than 10 weeks, to receive your touch up. For lip clients, you are required to come back at the 8 week mark but no longer than 12 weeks to receive your touch up. For dark lip neutralization clients, you are required to come back at the 12 week mark but not longer than 16 week to receive your touch up. Going longer than the recommended time for your touch up will incur additional fees.

EYELASH EXTENSIONS: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for appointment reservations.(This applies to lash full sets and foreign refills only)

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING:

We kindly ask for a 24 hours notice to be given to us should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your deposit is forfeited if you do not cancel 24 hours before your reservation.

No shows/late cancellation are subject to a $40 fee (in addition to forfeiture of any deposits made).

Appointments with deposits are transferrable to a future date for the same service or any other services that are offered at Beauty Haus. A maximum of 2 transfers or rescheduling is permitted.

If you've placed a deposit and is needing to reschedule your appointment, please email us at info@beautyhaus.co and we will assist you in rescheduling your appointment to a future date.

LATE POLICY:

We ask that our clients arrive promptly to their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.

If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you, however, time may not permit for us to honor your full service and your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled (if beyond 15 minutes) to ensure we are on schedule for our next client. If your appointment has to be rescheduled due to tardiness, any deposit placed will be forfeited and you will be subjected our late cancellation fee. If you're late and decide to proceed with your appointment, you will still be charge in full for your scheduled service even though your session time has been shortened due to tardiness.

REFUND:

Deposits are non refundable.

PERMANENT MAKEUP SCHEDULING:

New permanent services can be booked via our online booking system.
