BOOKING POLICY

DEPOSITS:

PERMANENT MAKEUP: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required for appointment reservations.

EYELASH EXTENSIONS: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for appointment reservations.(This applies to lash full sets and foreign refills only)

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING:

We kindly ask for a 24 hours notice to be given to us should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your deposit is forfeited if you do not cancel 24 hours before your reservation.

No shows/late cancellation are subject to a $40 fee (in addition to forfeiture of any deposits made).

Appointments with deposits are transferrable to a future date for the same service or any other services that are offered at Beauty Haus. A maximum of 2 transfers or rescheduling is permitted.

LATE POLICY:

We ask that our clients arrive promptly to their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.

If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you, however, time may not permit for us to honor your full service and your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to ensure we are on schedule for our next client. If your appointment has to be rescheduled due to tardiness, any deposit placed will be forfeited and you will be subjected our late cancellation fee. If you're late and decide to proceed with your appointment, you will still be charge in full for your scheduled service even though your session time has been shortened due to tardiness.

REFUND:

Deposits are non refundable.

PERMANENT MAKEUP SCHEDULING:

New permanent services can be booked via our online booking system.
