'Yoga for You' - where you, me, us, we, everyone, all are welcome. This dynamic Vinyasa style Yoga class (moving in time with the breath - with inspiration from the Ashtanga tradition), will enable you to go at your own pace. Moving with awareness you’ll work up a sweat, strengthen and lengthen, enjoy some time for you and cultivate some self-love along the way. If you’ve never done Yoga before just come and do your best, be yourself and find what feels good. See you on the mat xxx
