Lis' ONLINE Pregnancy Yoga classes are held LIVE via Zoom and offer a mix of dynamic yoga postures with relaxing more restorative ones, meditation and breathing exercises, that you can practise in the comfort of your own home.
The movement and techniques of Yoga will help you enjoy a healthier, happier and more comfortable pregnancy and will also help prepare you for labour and birthing.
Classes are friendly, supportive and often result in lasting friendships among the group. Beginners welcome!
