'Yoga for You' - where you, me, us, we, everyone, all are welcome. This dynamic Vinyasa style Yoga class (moving in time with the breath), will enable you to go at your own pace. Moving with awareness you’ll work up a sweat, strengthen and lengthen, enjoy some time for you and cultivate some self-love along the way. If you’ve never done Yoga before just roll out your mat and do your best, be yourself and find what feels good! xxx
