Lis' ONLINE Postnatal Yoga classes are held LIVE via Zoom and offer a mix of gentle yoga postures that will help you re-build strength and stability along with meditation and breathing exercises, to restore energy levels and balance emotions.
Have your baby beside you while you practise or carve out some 'me-time' when he/she is taking a nap and all in the comfort of your own home.
