CAB Lactation for Birthworkers is Live via Zoom or InPerson (Hopkins)...see date for Live class in JUNE or OCTOBER.

In CAB Lactation for Birthworkers you will learn the basics of lactation, how to educate & support your clients, and when to refer to a different provider.

Live via Zoom or Inperson in my private Studio for 90 minutes. Education regarding your core&pelvic floor during pregnancy and birth. Then movements to do now and birth preferences to protect your perineum. Finishing with planning a postpartum for best healing and recovery.
