Laura can call your regular phone (mobile or landline) if you are in the following countries / territory: US, Canada, UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Puerto Rico, Japan. If you reside in a country not in the above list, you will need a Skype account.

may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session time and have one year
to redeem your session from date of payment.Cancellation and missed appointments for any reason within 24 hours of appointment time forfeits the session time / money paid.
