The Emerging Light Tuesday at 6:30pm

Your emerging light starts to shine a we consciously coordinate breath with movement using classical yoga postures to build resilience and strengthen the core of your being. Based on Ashtanga Yoga Standing postures, you will love connecting deeply with the body, and building techniques to improve your practice; the challenges may be learning how to isolate different muscle groups.
At the end of this session you will have released the stresses and tensions to embrace a deep sense of peacefulness.
