All appointments are subject to a £20 deposit before booking. A cash balance is required after your appointment No Bank Transfers!
NB: Please note that deposits are non refundable if cancelled.

Can I Reschedule My Appointment ? If So, Can I Reuse My Deposit ?

You can only reschedule your appointment ONCE and cannot reuse your deposit so please try to be sure before choosing your date!
How Do I Cancel My Appointment?
You may cancel your appointment through your confirmation email, at the bottom of the page.
Arrival :
Please avoid being late, and if you will be late, please inform us ASAP.
Please arrive on time and avoid arriving extremely early for your appointment.
Do I need to bring my hair in advance?
Custom/Lace Wigs
Custom wigs and Lace wig instalments require your hair to be brought 3 days before your appointment date.
Frontal
Frontal sew ins require only your frontal to be brought in before your appointment.
Once your appointment has been made, we will send you the address that you'd need to drop or send your hair.
Purchasing The Correct Frontal!
Please ensure that you purchase a good quality frontal in order to avoid difficulty when it is being installed. The lace should be thin and soft, and the hairline should NOT be dense or too full. You must also ensure you pick the correct colour lace to match your scalp or skin tone. If you are of a darker complexion please DO NOT buy transparent lace.
If the lace does not match you, your appointment may be cancelled!

Can You Provide My Hair ?
Yes, you can. Please ensure that you purchase a good quality frontal in order to avoid difficulty when it is being installed.
I also can provide quality Virgin hair/lace closures/frontals if requested.
