This appointment type is for clients that need to have their 2021 tax returns amended. Please note, we are only able to amend returns that were previously prepared by the United Way of Summit & Medina VITA site. Due to COVID precautions and safety of our staff, masks are strongly encouraged.

This appointment is available to assist individuals who are self-filing their tax returns using United Way's TaxSlayer link only. During this appointment, we will answer any tax law or software questions you may have or direct you to additional resources.
