The BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series: Breath and Flow is a human breath and movement class. At the minimum, we encourage all to wait a full 30 days after birth before taking this series. This could mean anyone who has had a baby in the last twelve months or beyond and/ or anyone who has had an abortion, miscarriage, or loss in the last twelve months. This is a gentle, bodyweight class that can be a stand alone class or is ideal for participants to take leading up to the online BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series.
