However, we are not a licensed psychologist, therapist, health care professional and our services do not replace the care of psychologists, therapist, other healthcare professionals.
We cannot guarantee the outcome of any coaching and/or recommendations we make during the coaching process. We can guarantee you this, however: We will do our best to teach,mentor and coach you, and do everything in our power to support you so that you can make choices which will create great shifts in your life, in every way possible.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
All appointments scheduled must be cancelled or rescheduled with 48-hours notice to avoid being charged for the session. All cancellations under 48 hours are subject to a fee of 50% of the session cost regardless of the length of the session, with the exception of emergency situations.
Pre-Paid Session Policy
If you have pre-paid for a session and would like to cancel that session, there will be a 10% processing fee or a minimum of $20 to cover credit card processing charges and administrative time. Any paid sessions must be cancelled within 48 hours of the time of payment or the amount you have paid is forfeited, this includes any pre-paid packages.
Package Duration Policy
Packages must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed to other terms before the package was purchased.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift Certificates must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed to other terms before the gift certificate was purchased.
