Mum & Baby Pilates
Ultimately, this is a class for you, the mums. It's designed to help reintroduce movement and strengthen your body in a safe way, while your baby plays on the mat beside you - don't worry, I find the babies are usually very relaxed and enjoy watching the classes, but if they do get a bit grizzly, it's absolutely fine! We will focus on rebuilding your core strength, moving mindfully and releasing all of that new mama tension. It is suitable for mums who are minimum 6 weeks post delivery up to pre-crawlers.
