A gentle class for you, the mums. A relaxed pilates class led by Gemma of Pilates Barne, with the aches and pains of new mums in mind. Stretch, strengthen and relax those tight and tense muscles. & end with a few minuites of relaxation and bonding for you and your baby. Suitable for mums who are minimum 6 weeks post delivery up to pre-crawlers.
