Welcome to Beachside Pilates Studio!

We currently offer Private (1:1) and Semi-Private Pilates Sessions (4:1 ratio client to instructor) in our fully equipped Pilates Studio in Caves Beach and Pilates Matwork online.

To join the Studio sessions all new clients commence with an Initial Consultation, which you can book below. From there, your instructor will advise the appropriate private and/or semi-private studio session to achieve your goals.

Online Pilates Matwork Classes can be booked by clicking on the appropriate level class list below to secure your spot.

ONLINE MATWORK

6.15am Fri Morning Matwork

45 minutes @ A$15.00

A progressive, flowing Pilates workout to energise your body, ready for the weekend

9.30am Fri Matwork Core Basics

1 hour @ A$15.00

Build a strong foundation for further Pilates practice, whilst looking after your joints and strengthening your core. Suitable for basic to progressive level clients
