First Class Policies

$25 One time Deposits are required Immediately after booking to secure your spot and will go towards your service. If you do not follow instructions there are added fees; Remaining balance must be cash or Zelle. Complete deposit via paypal or zelle >> 317-340-3196

All last minute appointment inquiries will have a $40 fee added to them if booked. The schedule is open 35 days in advance so book accordingly.

No extra guests/ children unless being serviced.

Cancellations required and 48 hour notice, With any CANCELLATIONS upon rebooking a NEW DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID.

Hair must be shampooed and blowdried FREE of ALL PRODUCTS & OILS unless shampoo PREP is added to service. Blowdry only is optional with clean wet hair free of products. If hair has oils or dirty you will be denied service for not adding a shampoo and a fee of $50 will be required with no service.

All appointments begin at scheduled time (No Grace Period) if you are anytime past app scheduled there is a $15 late fee. All appointments canceled past 10 minutes.

Services are for 12 and up only.

Short/ Tapered/ damaged hair requires a paid consultation prior to service. This service will be to ensure the service you want can withstand what style you desire and also ensure safety of hair. All hair under 4 inches is $20 fee on top of service

All services require hair provided by you unless added to service. Xpressions Pre Stretched braiding hair is required unless service states otherwise. Please do not bring any other brand.

These are packs not bundles. When I ask for 5 packs I do not mean 5 bundles.
