Lunchtime express - for runners, triathletes, and cyclists
This class is 30 minutes and designed to improve your mobility, enhance your muscular endurance, and create a body ready to correctly function in your sport!
This class is a beginner/intermediate class designed to work the whole body. At the end of the session, you will feel like you have worked your muscles, stretched your limbs, and reset your mind for the rest of the day.
