Appointment Confirmation & Policies
Thank you for booking with us! You will receive a confirmation email after your appointment is scheduled. If you do not receive it, please reach out to us so we can ensure everything is set.
Important Policies:
- All services are non-refundable. We kindly ask that you arrive for your appointment alone, as no additional guests will be permitted.
- Lash Fill Policy:
To maintain the quality and consistency of our work, we are unable to perform lash fills for extensions applied at other salons. If you are a new guest with existing extensions from a different salon, please select a Lash Removal in addition to your Full Set.
When booking a fill appointment, please note that any time beyond 7 days from your last visit will be considered the next week (e.g., 3 weeks + 3 days = 4-week fill). Appointments scheduled beyond 4 weeks or with more than 50% of lashes missing will be charged as a Full Set. - Cancellation Policy:
If you need to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a 100% charge for the service booked. You can easily reschedule your appointment online within the required time frame. - For policies related to cosmetic tattoos and other services, please read here.
Additional Notes:
Upon arrival, you will be asked to remove your outdoor shoes and will be provided with indoor slippers for your comfort.
