This is for a 30-minute follow-up and you will be invoiced at the time of the appointment for $75 unless you already paid or it is included in your package. IF you do not show up to your appointment there is an additional $25 rescheduling fee. All fees are non-refundable.

This is a 90-minute initial consult appointment and you will be billed $297 PRIOR to your appointment.
