In 2016 I took my first sling yoga class. I became OBSESSED. Quit my job, flew to Barcelona, became certified, and the rest, they say is history.
Upon returning home I began private lessons in my home, in the park, wherever I could throw a sling up. Lessons became classes, became my first studio.
Over the years I have opened and subsequently closed five studios. Thanks unnamed plague. Now I have returned to my first love of one on one private practice.
In addition to sling yoga, I also offer wheel, bench, and regular old floor yoga.
What's the common denominator?
Making fit fun again.
My own personal practice grew from the fun I had playing in the slings. I want everyone to experience the feeling of being in the moment. Spending the hour worrying about nothing and nobody. Just remembering that now is a good time to be.

I have two studio locations, one is in my home studio just north of The Woodlands, and a small workshop in Old Town Spring.

Private yoga classes are for small groups of five or fewer participants. Sling classes are available for up to two people.
We have packages that offer discounts. I am currently set up for two sling students at a time, but if you and a friend would like to book together, I can accommodate up to fou in my home studio using a circuit training with the bench and wheel.
