Welcome to The Pink Rose Lash Experience. This is an updated policy and etiquette guide when booking with me.
• Please be on time
• If you are late, a late fee will be applied to your appointment. You are given a five minute grace period. If you are 10 minutes late a $10 late fee will be applied. If you are 15 minutes late or more your appointment is automatically canceled.
• Once you have booked your appointment you will need to pay a deposit of $20 to secure your scheduled appointment. 💵 app $Nikki1cash
If the deposit is not paid by the end of the day your appointment will be canceled and removed from the schedule. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE . Each time you schedule a new appointment a new deposit will be required.
• The remaining balance will be paid in cash ONLY.
• No children or extra people. No one is allowed to wait in the parking lot so please have your transportation set up in advance.
• Absolutely no phones during your appointment. I will Not read you messages for you, this disrupts your lash time and delays the appointment. Please be courteous and respectful of both of our time.
- Please come with clean lashes. Absolutely no makeup, mascara, or eyeliner.
- Please wear your mask for the entirety of your appointment.
