Welcome to Boulder Natural Health! Our online portal allows you to schedule an appointment with the provider that you'd like to see and the appointment time that works for you.

Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy

We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling any appointment Monday-Friday. For non-emergency late cancellations you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. For no-shows you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Unlike other medical offices who schedule 2 or 3 patients in the same time slot, at Boulder Natural Health, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We try our best to help you avoid cancellation fees by using an email reminder system and text messaging but please understand that remembering your appointment is your responsibility. We require credit card information in order to reserve your appointment.
