Your session is just a few quick steps away! If you read over the info below it'll briefly explain some of the basics of scheduling and a few of my policies that are important to know before you get started. if you have any questions do not hesitate to shoot me a quick message! I try to respond to all messages as quicky as i can.
-First click on the session type that meets your needs. I have a section for outdoor sessions and a section for studio sessions.
Once you determine if you want your photos to be taken in studio or outdoors it will show you what types of sessions are available for either one. Make sure you read the full session description so you know what you are getting for each session. Please keep in mind family sessions are only offered outdoors, but certain mini sessions are offered either in studio or outdoors ( but not both ). Special sessions will state whether they are i studio or at a special location. Please message me if you have a question about a location. I usually do not travel out of the Moundsville/Glendale area unless discussed prior to booking. Studio sessions are done strictly at my studio location in Moundsville.
-Next you will pick out the date and time for your session.
I have my calendar pre-set to my availability and the days i am open. Date/Time changes have been preset in the calendar, but may need adjusted according to weather. I do not typically shoot studio work on the weekends( except for special minis ), but i do most outdoor sessions all week. Most studio sessions for kids who are not school age are shot during my kids school hours. Mini sessions have their own times and dates. I do try to be flexible with scheduling if possible, but my kids events and other family gatherings take precedence over sessions. For outdoor sessions i have the times set for the best lighting for that time of year, if it is not showing available time i have yet to updated it to fix changing sunset schedules. As soon as i get a clear time of when i can shoot due to changing light i updated it so check back often.
-To finish booking you will pay your deposit and fill out a few forms.
Sessions are not reserved without either the deposit or the fully paid session fee. Please remember that session deposits are only part of your session fee and you will owe the remainder of your session balance on the day of your session. I accept cash the day of your session for your remaining payment, but i am no longer invoicing the remaining balance. If you have a gift certificate they are specific to the session type paid for. There is a button above the session types that you click to input your code. Coupon codes are only valid for a year. If your code expires it can only be used later at the photographers discretion and at the current years pricing.
If you need to reschedule your session for any reason you must do so 48 hours before your session date. ( which you can do yourself via the link that'll be sent to your email.) If you cannot reschedule due to an emergency please message me to reschedule your session. You have a month from your original session date to reschedule your session. Sessions are also only permitted to be rescheduled 1 time.Session fees are not refundable or transferable.
