Single Class: Wednesday Flow Yoga (11.30-12.30 @ Colman Redland)
This is a vinyasa flow class where we move in and out of poses using the breath. It's recommended you've been to a couple of beginners' sessions first so you're familiar with the poses.
Perfect for those who've attended the Beginners' Class and want to move their practice on to the next level. It builds on the basics you have learned. It is stronger and faster but modifications are offered if you want to stay at a more basic level.
