An hour and a quarter just for you. Slow Flow is about stretching out and relaxation rather than dynamic sweating. The class is suitable for all levels, especially beginners and those wanting to ease back pain. The class is mainly seated poses targeting each part of the body head to toe - relaxing your neck, working on those tight shoulders, the back, working on tight hips and hamstrings. The class finishes with a 10/15 minute guided relaxation.
