Signing up for this subscription means that you have read and agree to the following terms:

Coaching Program Purchases:

If you are purchasing a signature coaching program, you will be responsible for payment in full for the product purchased. For monthly payment plans, the payment will automatically be processed each month on the same date that you processed your initial payment. For example, if you purchase on November 1, your following payments will be processed automatically on December 1, January 1, and so forth, until the full amount has been paid.

1:1 Coaching Session Packages:

These coaching sessions can be redeemed for any coaching session during regular business hours that is mutually agreed upon.

Monthly 1:1 Coaching Packages:

Payments will be ongoing monthly unless cancelled, if this is a monthly 1:1 coaching subscription. Monthly coaching sessions must be used within 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

This relationship is a professional partnership in which both parties work together to help the client achieve desired outcomes in his/her life.

Coaching is a commitment. The best results happen as a result of consistency and follow through. Therefore, all appointments must be kept. If circumstances arise that prevent adhering to scheduled appointments, please give 24 hours advance notice to reschedule. Anything less than 24 hours, the client will be financially responsible for missed appointments. In the case of emergencies, the appointment can be rescheduled at the discretion of the coach.

If you are having technical difficulties, a message is expected on Facebook Messenger or text at 1-780-218-7527 within the first 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered a missed appointment.

As a coach, Gerda Gauk is committed to operating in a professional manner and maintaining the ethic and standards set by the International Coach Federation, the Board-Certified Coach, and Covenant Coach Academy.

Confidentiality — All communication between us will be held as strictly confidential, to the extent permitted by law, unless client gives express permission to disclose specific information. However, the coach-client relationship is not privileged, and the coach may be required to disclose confidential information in a legal proceeding. In the event there is evidence that the client is a potential danger to him/herself and others, or that the client discloses illegal activity, the coach is ethically bound to report this information to the appropriate authority. In such case, this will be discussed with the client before taking action.

In order to get the most out of the sessions, complete confidentiality is required. Sessions will be conducted without others present and in a private space to minimize distraction and maximize the desired outcomes.

Liability — The coach is not liable for any perceived damages that occur during the extent of the professional relationship. The client is 100% responsible for his/her wellbeing and success. The coach does not also assume any responsibility for results and does not guarantee success.

In the case of monthly payments, if a payment is missed and made up later, membership will continue and be billed monthly on that date going forward.

Notice must be given in writing at least 7 days prior to changing a payment date in order to stop payment without fees or penalties as we do not offer refunds.

If 1:1 coaching session membership is cancelled, this must be clearly specified and requested in writing a minimum of 7 days prior to the bill date at gerda@gerdagauk.com with the subject: cancel subscription.

For Program Purchases, payment date changes can be requested by emailing gerda@gerdagauk.com and indicating "payment date change request" in the email subject line. There is an obligation on the purchaser to complete all payments for the product purchased.

All prices for 1:1 Sessions are subject to change with at least one month's written notice.
