Some times the unknown is worse than the actual truth. We will evaluate your home prior to listing to find unknown issues that can then be addressed before you list your home. This can make your home sell faster and save you money!

If your an investor and offering money on dozens of homes, this is the inspection for you. I will come and do a walk through with you and give a verbal description as to the condition of the home and recommended repairs. If you decide to make an offer on the home the money already paid will go towards to Home Inspection cost.

This inspection is to do a final walk through inspection before your 12 month warranty expires.
Price will be less if you used Your Choice Inspections for the New Construction inspection. Contact the office for details!

Inspections performed at different phases of the homes construction. Example Pre-poor for the foundation to check underground plumbing, poor preparation and sewer lines. Pre-Drywall/Insulation to check wood structure, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical. Pre-Sod/Sprinkler to check grading and drainage. Final New Construction inspection done just prior to final walk through to check the finished product as well as appliances. On ongoing inspection service performed every 6 moths to catch current and potential future problems and address them prior to them becoming large issues.
