Ladies and Gentlemen, you need to join this class! Why? Because strength training is the best thing since sliced bread...and it's good for your health.
Sweat & FLEX is a strength training class designed by Harambee Wellness, LLC. It's a blend of cardio with strength training using hand weights and is ideal for those that are new to lifting weights.
Sessions conclude with stretching.
Zumba® Fitness is not your ordinary aerobics class. A one-hour class feels like fifteen minutess of feel good fun. Zumba® Fitness is a total body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Persons of all fitness levels encouraged to participate.
Reduce body fat, gain strength, and increase cardiovascular efficiency. Designed to push you further than you would normally push yourself in the gym alone, our boot camp consists of dynamic stretching, interval training, weight lifting, body weight conditioning, and/or plyometrics exercises. Sessions conclude with stretching.
