“Mindfulness” “meditation” and “conscious breathing” and even “yoga” are buzz words these days - but how do you actually make these practices part of your daily life on and off the mat or cushion?
Schedule 3 sessions (1 initial and 2 regular) to give yourself a foundation to start a regular yoga, breathing and meditation practice. Working with your instructor, you will develop a practice plan, and learn the skills you need to start to incorporate conscious movement, breathing, concentration and meditation techniques and practices at home.
